Family Budget Services (FBSI) understands each individual's financial problems will vary from person to person. Our clients will have the benefit of speaking with an experienced certified credit counselor who will provide a more personal and helpful approach to their financial needs. The client will receive one to one attention as our certified credit counselor thoroughly explains all the various solutions to the client's financial dilemma.

Credit counselor

The counselors of FBSI are all certified by The National Association of Certified Credit Counselors. Each credit counselor has received comprehensive training to thoroughly assist clients with their household budgets, proper use of credit, determining all options of debt repayment plans, and any type of social service referral.

The certified credit counselors of FBSI will assist clients by evaluating their total financial situation. The process will include assessing the monthly income and expenses, developing a sustainable budget, and determine the best solution to help the client become debt free.

An initial consultation with a certified credit counselor from Family Budget Services (FBSI) will educate the consumer and provide insight on the various methods to become debt free. FBSI is available to contact from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday eastern standard time.
